This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our General Terms.

Please read this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before purchasing our products. This policy applies to every order you place with us.


WHAT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?


We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your products.


Free Shipping


We offer free standard shipping for orders of €140.00 or more to the following countries:
  • Germany 🇩🇪
  • Austria 🇦🇹
  • France 🇫🇷
Note: Free shipping does not apply to orders delivered to the United States. All U.S. orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20.00 USD, regardless of order value.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

We currently deliver to the countries listed below. Deliveries to countries not listed are not available at this time. However, we are continually working to expand our delivery network.

We process all orders within 3 business days.

When you select a shipping option, additional shipping details will be provided after you place your order.

The delivery times provided are non-binding estimates based on the information available to us.

For consumers in the EU and the USA: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise specified, the estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery date. Deliveries will occur within 30 days of the date your order is accepted. Further information can be found in our Terms.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (U.S., UK & Singapore Orders)

All orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore are delivered under international shipping terms (e.g., DAP – Delivered at Place). This means:

  • The customer (you) acts as the importer of record.
  • You are responsible for all import-related charges imposed by the destination country, including but not limited to:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes or VAT
    • Customs clearance or processing fees
    • Brokerage fees (if a customs broker is used)
    • Sales or use tax (where applicable)
    • Any other government-imposed import charges

These charges are not included in the product price or the international shipping fee (e.g., $29.99 USD / £23.99 GBP / SGD 25.00) and must be paid by the recipient prior to or at the time of delivery.

Important:
Refusal to pay these import duties or taxes may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from unpaid import charges.



WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
