Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AnYa UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Silcherstr. 14/1, 75203 Königsbach-Stein, Germany, customerservice@yureine.com, Phone: +49 15906115888) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://www.yureine.com. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You can return the goods to us or to AnYa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (Silcherstr. 14/1, 75203 Königsbach-Stein, Germany). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functionality.
If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must be returned in case of a return that brings your total below the qualifying threshold. The gift must be returned in its original, unused condition. If it is not returned or is returned used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose production a consumer's individual choice or specification is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
